Introduction	I am a very opinionated, in control person. I thought I was pretty tough until I started working out with a personal trainer. Her name is Helga but don't be fooled. She doesn't look like one of those Amazon women. She is quite petite but powerful! I know, I know. I was in pretty bad shape when I started, needed a lot of work. But, Helga gets a little carried away as far as I am concerned. My first day in training I really thought I was going to have to request a call to 911 for ambulance service to my house. I couldn't walk. I couldn't drive. I couldn't even crawl! But, do you think Helga had any sympathy? NO, no no. She just laughed and told me I should have started my program YEARS AGO. I am slowly recuperating. I still go twice a week, for an hour each time and feel like a truck ran over me when the sessions are over. But, I'm still breathing. It's a miracle.
