Introduction	I am a recent college graduate with no job who lives with her parents, which is why I have such a wonderfully stocked kitchen and plenty of free time to experiment with food. I have severe food allergies to tree nuts, shellfish, nectarines, peaches, and peanuts. Most recipes on this blog will not contain any of these ingredients, and recipes that normally would will have substitutions noted.
