| Introduction | hello my name is Joanne, I am a full-time mother living in kerry, Ireland. I have been diagnosed as a coeliac since moving to ireland 3 and a half years ago. My aim is to write a blog in the way that I would have liked to have seen written when I was first diagnosed. Its been a revelation learning about gluten free foods and its an exciting and fascinating journey that I would like to share and hopefully help others who might be unaware of how vast the world of gluten free can be and I assure you it is all positive and enlightening, you just have to be open minded and adventurous with your taste buds and not be afraid to try new foods. |

| Favorite movies | I love films and theatre, the last play I saw was this year in new york 'death of a salesman' with Philip Seymour Hoffman and Andrew Garfield it was just so fab! American beauty and muriels wedding are some of my favourite films. |
| Favorite music | I love every kind of music, from classical to drum n bass, rock, pop, indie, dance, hip hop luv it all...music is hugely important to me and I like nothing better than going to a good gig or dj set. |
| Favorite books | I luv cookbooks from all cuisines from around the world, I especially like Nigel Slater and Jamie Oliver and Yotam Ottolenghi....one of my favourite books is the alchemist,I am currently reading steve jobs biography. I adore the illustrations in childrens books especially luv julia donaldson, anthony brown and oliver jeffers. I adore buying new books for Jake who is 7. |
