| Introduction | I'm a PhD. student at the University of Oklahoma, but my home is in Southern Indiana (right across the river from Louisville, KY). I came to OK by way of Tennessee, my other home. My concentration is in (Medieval and) Early Modern Literature (think Shakespeare), but I like all things English related. Most importantly, I'm a Christian. Nothing else in this life matters to me without Christ in my life. But as Elizabeth Perry once said, "God is a gentleman; He won't force Himself on you." Along those lines, I hope to act like a lady concerning God, and not force Him on anyone. Christ has redeemed me, and I hope to shine His light through my life. Any failings on this front are entirely my own. |
