Introduction	I am first a mom of three beautiful children, then a competitive triathlete. I love my training and love racing. Being a mom is the best experience ever! I'm teaching my kids to stay active and healthy. I hope that will carry onto adulthood.

Favorite movies	I don't have any one favorite movie. Anything that will make me laugh.
Favorite music	I like all kinds, especially the booty shaking music.
Favorite books	Well, I go through many. Right now I'm listening to book on tape of "Harry Potter."

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

Hmmm... Not sure about that. I do believe the the fork came before the spoon. Not sure why, just a gut feeling. :-)
