| Introduction | Orange County 4-H is the youth development program of Orange County/UF IFAS Extension. 4-H provides informal, hands-on learning experiences to youth ages 5-18 through clubs, school outreach and experiential learning opportunities. Through 4-H involvement, youth "develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to become caring adults". Research-based educational curriculum is offered in more than 50 subject areas, each specifically aligned with the three mission mandates: science, engineering and technology; healthy lifestyles; and citizenship/leadership. |
