Introduction I love training, I am always trying to improve and learn something new. I started training Shotokan Karate in University, and since then I've been on plenty of open courses and seminars with various martial artists. More recently I have been training in Tai Chi. I have enjoyed yoga for over 10 years, especially Hatha yoga. This is my Chi Journey!
