| Introduction | Life to me is a constant wonder. My reality shifted exponentially once I learned to live without attachment and with unceasing gratitude. I love experience! to experience people and places and perspectives and food and adventure and travel to new parts of the world. I feel we have endless things to learn from children and animals; especially about compassion and living in the moment and unconditional love. Life is too short to be doing anything that doesn't inspire you with deep appreciation and your own capacity for joy. Love is a radiant frequency that rights all wrongs, makes clear all that appears confusing and allows you to forgive anything and all that dwells in the shadow. I aspire to always live with a reach that continually challenges my current momentum, to hang out with those that challenge me and to be a receiver of as much joy as I deem to extend to the world. I am a work in process and my teacher is life! |

I enjoy all things outdoors, trail running, communing with nature, spontaneous discoveries, aha moments, living in the Now. I view boredom as lack of imagination, drama as uninspired living and JOY as happiness that has been set free. I like to read books and see movies that challenge my viewpoints and perspectives.
