| Introduction | The IMD Programme each year brings with it not only the IMD students for the year, but also the partners - girlfriends/boyfriends/wives/husbands. We come to support our other halves as they attend the rigorous one-year IMD course. This year, we are 48 partners, made up of 22 nationalities, 27 of who are currently in Lausanne and staying for the whole year. As the year progresses along, more will join us in Lausanne, but for those who cannot come for the long-term stay due to work commitments, they are nevertheless very much part of us, as they join us in spirit, linked via email, MSN Messenger, Facebook and Skype. And not to forget the children in our midst, as many families come with their little ones as well as others who will be welcoming new additions to their families later this year.
