Introduction	As a Midwest transplant to sunny California, family's not very close - in fact they're scattered across the country. The blog began to document my life out here so G-Ma wouldn't think I'd fallen off the face of the earth (and to alleviate my guilt over not calling her very often). Now, it's be a way for my parents, grandmas, family and friends to be a part of my pregnancy.
