Introduction	I feel lucky to be a stay-at-home mom of two really fun children. When I'm not outside with them, I try to find time for myself to snowboard, hike, or mountain bike.
Interests	Hiking, biking, kayaking, snowboarding. Babies and how to get them outside and exploring! Gardening, reading, playing guitar, biking, travelling,and sailing. Environmentalism and Capitalism (yes, the two can be simpatico)
Favorite movies	Moulin Rouge, interesting documentaries that make you think-Frontline (PBS) to expose type movies. I also like historical dramas like the movie "John Adams". Mostly, I like to learn something if I am going to veg in front of the television.
Favorite music	Dave Matthews is my top band I listen too. Nothing makes me happier! I find myself listening to more mellow music such as contemporary bluegrass and folk. I like "real" instruments mainly the guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and even the banjo. Occasionally, I do rock out but it is very rare. I also am interested in exploring more of the Indie music scene. I particularly like Vampire Weekend in this genre.
Favorite books	Again, the books tend to fall in line with the movies I like to watch. A surprise to me was "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway, I really enjoyed that book!
