Introduction I have been working on loosing 60 extra pounds for probably 20 years now. I have tried alot of different diets ( just like most people who want to loose weight) and finally decided that it needs to be a life style change not a diet!!! I think out of all the diets I tried the ones that helped me the most were Weight Watchers, and MD Diets, because they taught me proper nutrition, but like I said I had to change the way I thought about weight loss. I decided I wanted to be healthy. Over the last two to three years, I have finally lost 50 lbs and feel better than ever before. It seemed like I would never get there because it was a slow process, but doctors, nutritionist, and health professionals kept encouraging me that I was loosing the weight the way that is most healthy and benefical, slowly. I have gained muscle mass and lost fat. I still have about 10 to 15 lbs. to go, but I decided that if I don't lose it I feel good and that is what is important and the final goal is to feel good and be healthy!!
