Introduction	I strive to live each day consciously with intention and purpose. I do not work outside the home and am mom to 2 grown daughters, 2 yappy dogs and have 1 darling husband and more recently a darling little granddaughter. i have been off work since 2000, living and coping with fibromyalgia. This presents a number of challenges and obstacles to overcome as i strive towards optimum health and fitness

Favorite music	wide variety with a few exceptions!
Favorite books	again, wide range here. Eat Clean Recharged, I love Janet Evanovish, Kay Hooper, a lot of personel growth/self help books
