Introduction	I am concerned about the quality of life for the residents of Edgewater Park/Beverly, about the Township Committee/Beverly Council and the Township/City Administrator's lack of accountability for their decisions, tax increases, timely information, selective ordinance enforcement, and the openness of our local government. James Madison said "Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives."
