About me

Industry Student
Location eugene, or, United States
Introduction I am a returning student majoring in Women's and Gender Studies. In my free time I write letters to companies calling them out on their sexist, racist, ...-ist advertising (I am sure they love this). Flash fiction writing is also a passion of mine, which is what takes up space on this blog.

Biking and public transportation are how I get around. I am not a bible thumper about it, but I am vegan and believe in animal rights. A few items on my list of things I get excited about include: spicy teas, androgynous dykes, activism, making artist books, mix cd's, dancing, live music, art sharing, and bike rides.

I am originally from South Florida and moved to Portland, OR in early 2007. The drive behind this move was to experience: seasons pass that weren't merely tourist season and hurricane season; a decent queer scene; the music scene; the artistic and creative atmosphere; the west coast's breathtaking beauty.
Interests biking, flash fiction writing and reading, vegan cooking, vegan baking, feminist writing, queer rights, riot grrrls, spoken word, living sustainably, so much music
