Introduction	Until a couple of years ago I acted an an independent Forensic Computing expert witness having left private practice at the Intellectual Property Bar some years previously. I am still a barrister although I have ceased practising as such. During my time as an Expert Witness I worked closely with solicitors and barristers - but I am independent of them. Today I am the CEO of Cachebox TV Limited which hold the UK rights to one of my granted patents. I have been granted several other patents and have some pending patent applications too.
