| Introduction | The Great Indian Dog Project Association is a group of individuals from various backgrounds who share one common passion; passion & pride for the Indian native dog. A breed that is constantly described wrongly as stray, but nevertheless is a survivor and a brilliant breed with an identity of its own. Our mission is to generate pride & acceptance of The Indian dog. The Great Indian Dog Show is one such attempt to bring together Indian dog enthusiasts and encourage more people to adopt and accept the Indian Dog as the perfect companion to the family. This blog documents our journey with the Indian dog, our annual show for rescued & adopted Indian pups, our rescues & rehoming of injured and abandoned dogs & pups (regardless of the breed)and all other endeavors that directly or indirectly help our animal friends. :) |
