| Introduction | I am a certified yoga instructor and mother of almost two children (presently pregnant). I currently live in Miami with my husband and 11 month old son, although I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. I have traveled extensively, visiting four continents and living in a range of accomadations from million dollar mansions to a teepee in New Mexico. My passion in life is helping other people achieve the spiritual peace that we Americans call happiness. This blog has the dual purpose of sharing update about my children with loved ones and offering advice and insight to those who seek it. |
