Introduction	My husband and I enjoy life with our six horses: Beautiful Girl (the mustang that started this blog), Leah (my former trail horse), Lily (a pony), Foxy Mama (the old lady of the herd), Tumbleweed (my current trail and heart horse) and Epona, (who was born of our daughter’s former heart horse, Cowgirl, here at home, and survived pharyngeal dysfunction as a newborn foal. She is definitely our miracle baby and is now turning 5). My philosophy is that if you’re not smiling, you’re not doing it right. We have to approach our life with horses like little kids, excited and thankful for the opportunity! Our family also includes Lucy (Lab), Nellie (lab) and the cats, Tuffy, Grady, Dan who keep my barn mouse-free. I want to give a shout out to my former heart horse, Cowboy, who will forever be branded in my spirit and who I know waits for me on the other side of this life.
