Introduction	is the volunteer Co-Ordinator for Men's Ministry in the TX-LA Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. This synod's men's ministry is fostered by pastors, AiMs, a Youth&Family Ministry network and leaders of men in over 120 congregsations north and south of I-10 in southeastern Texas and southern Louisiana. Partnering with others in almost 11,000 congregations, Lutheran men are carving out a variety of new paths to reach out to 21st century men to strenghten the existing ministry made strong by previous generations via the power of the Holy Spirit. In the Gulf Coast Synod, we are rallying around the "King of Kings," Jesus, and claim the name "KING'S MEN!" Brian is a committed nose-to-the-grindstone parish pastor and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in 21st Century Leadership Development and has done exstensive study in men's ministry. He is the moderator of this blog, is available for congregational consultation and welcomes your thoughts and comments.
