| Introduction | Running is great fun, but it's only part of my life. I try to squeeze it in beside family, church, work, and reading. I started running barefoot in 2009 after a year or so working my way down to that point in minimal shoes. I'm a big fan of keeping things simple, and feel that spending some time without shoes makes it easier to learn how to run. |
