| Introduction | His Royal Majesty, Charles Chukwunwike Anyasi III is the Obi (aka Beacon) of Idumuje Kingdom, Delta State, Nigeria. He is also the President and Founder of (UNIBLOOD), an NGO dedicated to the emancipation of Universal Donors in Africa and the Developing World (www.universaldonors.org.) HRM was, for several years, a resource person with works cutting across a broad disciplinary spectrum. He is an accomplished brand strategist and consultant on integrated marketing as well as a leadership trainer. Back in the early 1980s, he featured prominently in several print media as a freelance columnist and later became a TV personality. His works are obtainable in various libraries world-wide and websites. He is the author of the historical classic; “ANIOMA: RESOLVING THE IDENTITY CRISIS – a book which created so much attention in the regular and social media after the public presentation. HRM Anyasi III is the President of ldumuje Kingdom Brain Trust (http//www.idbraintrust.com) - an intellectual think-tank established by him to help galvanise leadership excellence in kingdom management.
