Introduction | I'm a Purple-Soul Creative with a love for all things artistic; the world is my canvas. I have been working with wire as a medium for roughly 20 years and have won the Employee's Choice Award 2019 in the "Creative Clay" contest through Fire Mountain Gems for a mixed media piece featuring polymer clay and wire work. I also dabble in other artistic outlets such as music, fabric, graphite, paint, and other mediums. My designs are original and unique reflections of a free-spirit and a gracefully eclectic outlook on life. Most recently I have started to include recycled materials into my work, and have also begun to upcycle vintage jewelry into a more modernly-accepted fashion. I am the oldest child of six, born to an artist and a musician. The ethereal magic of words has always been my first love, and I often try to mix this love with my other creative outlets. I currently hail from central Illinois, and live with my husband and our 3 little dragons (cats), all named after favorite literary characters. |
