| Introduction | I am currently a fourth year graduate student at Idaho State University in a doctor of pharmacy program. I will graduate May 2009! I am currently in my intern year doing rotations primarily at Kootenai Medical Center in areas of oncology, anticoagulation, and ICU. I have been married to Kyle Ryan Yake for 2 years and we have a doggie named Cooper. I love playing music any chance I get and serving the Lord through youth ministry. I love to travel and hope to see many more countries in my lifetime all over the world. I have been to Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Costa Rica, Cuba, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, and Canada. Our future destinations include Costa Rica (Kyle's never been), Belize, Cuba (Kyle's never been), Thailand, Italy, Switzerland, and Greece. I love speaking Spanish and hope that one day I can live in a Spanish-speaking country long enough to become fluent! I have a passion for the Latin American culture and hope that one day my pharmacy life will intersect with this passion--that maybe I can help those who do not speak English and work with a migrant worker clinic. |
