| Introduction | I think it is destiny for me to get into painting. My Mum always tried to encourage me to paint things for her because she thought I would be good at it. Of course, I was a teenager, so I disregarded her encouragement as a Mother who only sees the best in her daughter whether it was good or not. I didn't really think I was that good, so I figured I'd never make any money at it. A couple years ago, my Mother became ill with ovarian cancer and passed away. Before she did though she told me I should start painting again. After my emotions settled down some, I decided to go back to school for some upgrading. It was there that I met a very nice lady that has basically turned into my mentor and is showing me how to accomplish things with my artwork. In honour of my Mum and with many thanks to my mentor I'm going to do my best and put it out there!
