Occupation Holistic and Biomedical Nutritionist
Introduction Roni received her Bachelor of Science in Natural Health and Nutrition in 2001 from Bastyr University in Washington State, one of the world's leading academic centers for advancing knowledge in the natural health sciences. After completing her degree, Roni moved to Miami, Florida, where her interest in science-based holistic nutrition led her to work with Dr. David Berger as a nutrition educator and patient liaison. Roni soon began to specialize in the care of autistic spectrum and special needs children as well as adults with neurobehavioral and other chronic health conditions, using special diets and the DAN! (Defeat Autism Now!) protocol/biomedical approach. In 2005, Roni moved to Israel where she received her Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Today, she is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) of the American College of Nutrition and continues to consult with families of special needs children as well as adults.
