| Introduction | Grew up on a farm in Southern Indiana. Adult life found me working in the city as a Commercial Interior Designer. Moved to the wide-open spaces of an 80 acre ranch in Northwestern Arizona mountains with my husband Michael and five dogs in 1999 and "retired". We now have threes cats, two dogs, and 25 chickens. We spend a lot of time doing organic vegetable gardening. We raise all of our own naturally grown produce in approximately one acre of mostly raised beds. We create all of our compost in compost tumblers using all organic wastes and horse manure. |
