Introduction Arshi Ali has done Ph.D., PMDCP, M.A and BTMH in clinical psychology and has a 4-year degree in Homeopathy. Arshi is a Registered Psychotherapist and expert handling depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobia and trauma. Arshi is a researcher, mentor, blogger, writer and parenting coach. Presently, she has been working in the following capacity: Arshi has been writing and empowering the parent community regarding children's emotional health and psychological well-being via blog series called "parentingisajourney.blogspot.com".
