| Introduction | As a women's health care provider for the past 27 years, and having worked in health care for the past 35 years I have the ability to share knowledge that is both evidence based as well as experience acquired in the vast arena of health care. I am not easily persuaded to follow trends and my experiences have made me wise. My writing will showcase both my acquired knowledge as well as innate understanding of how to live a healthy life. The experiences of raising a family, maintaining a long fulfilling marriage and finding joy throughout life's day to day challenges create an arena for education and amusement as well as debate. |
