Introduction	Lauren’s need to help others be their best started over 25 years ago, when she embarked on a career as an English language and literacy coach. Today she combines her passions for personal image and language by operating separate consultation services. Lauren says, “I’m always on a quest for something—keeps life interesting!” Her clients benefit from her ability to help them find and harness their inner strengths to help them grow—and glow! Lauren's personal image services include fashion colour consultations, wardrobe overhauls, shopping adventures and wellness coaching. Lauren also runs her own language coaching business and an editing practice. In her spare time, Lauren designs and makes one-of-a-kind jewellery. She can also be found devising and testing new projects in the kitchen with her husband, Allan.
