Introduction	I have always loved doing creative things, and in recent years I have reflected more on the value of the process of making something creative or artistic. We often focus on the end product of art, and that prevents many people from being creative because they think they can't product a work of art. I want to encourage people to enjoy the creative process and reap benefits from doing something artistic, and the end product will be a work of art!
