| Introduction | We are a homeschooling family of 6 precious children; two by birth, four by adoption. Married to my best friend for 25 years. |
| Interests | Before 2006, we knew nothing about orphans or widows or the poor, other than they existed. We lived securely tucked in a comfortable bubble of our own making. We sheltered ourselves from images, stories and statistics that caused us to squirm or feel guilt. We continued to live out the "American Dream." And then we decided to expand our family through adopting from Liberia and everything changed. |
