| Introduction | Ever since I started shopping with my father at the age of 4, I have always had a keen eye for a quality bargain. In fact you could say that from an early age I have been trained to be a discerning shopper (hence the nickname). That said, I am also a firm believer in the saying "that the poor cannot afford to buy cheap". |
