About me

Industry Arts
Occupation Artist-with-Life
Location United States
Interests Painting in the abstract expressionist tradition. Preparing organic food in adventurously healthy ways. Working with self and others in various body healing modalities, such as yoga and breema. Including somatically-centered approaches- to assist women, children and men to touch and reach their/our most full self-esteem. I know myself as having passionate attachments to the sensual experiences of this life, and that I strongly wish to live more fully surrounded by all the support I need to be safe, feel respected and valued, in being my own best self with others who also seek to live daily in this level of conscious health and well-being, in their/our shared world.
