| Introduction | Eddie has had an extensive career in the technology industry, holding various leadership roles in renowned companies. He began his career at Microsoft as a General Manager, where he led the Developer Platforms and Tools division. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the strategy, evangelism, planning, and marketing of products such as Visual Studio, Expression, .NET, IIS, and Silverlight. After his tenure at Microsoft, Eddie joined Juniper Networks as the Vice President for Developer Marketing and Evangelism. In this position, he led a team that focused on marketing, strategy, and external evangelism for Junos, Juniper's operating system, and the Junos Space Platform. Later, Eddie was the CTO at Meridium, a company acquired by GE Digital, where he also served as a Corporate Officer and Vice President of GE Digital's applications and solutions. His team at GE Digital concentrated on digital products, with a particular focus on Asset Performance Management (APM) and Manufacturing. Currently, Eddie is Chairman of Go Virginia Region 2. He is also helping with various classes and start-ups,sharing his knowledge, and providing guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs. |
