| Introduction | I'm a 33 year old single Bookaholic! When I was growing up I enjoyed reading, but was diagnosed as a slow reader. I've worked to overcome my diagnoses by finding books that I enjoy. Last year I set a challenge to myself to read 100 books. I had a few basic rules about what would count toward the 100. 1) No re reading anything that I had read in the last 5 years. 2) Once I started a book...I finished it no matter what! Because of my challenge I now get friends asking "What are you reading NOW?" or "What would you recommend for me to read?" With my taste in books being fairly varied, I thought why not create a blog so that my family and friends can see my break down of a book to see if they might be interested in it. This way I'm also not in their face about pushing the books. Ok I say that but when I find a really awesome book, I’m sure I won’t shut up about it. |
