| Introduction | The daughter of a Coast Guardsman, I grew up learning to cook and eat local delicacies from coast to coast and beyond. All that moving around also taught me a lot about different cultures and what all people have in common. After living in Russia for a year and completing my degree in Dietetics, I moved back to Fort Worth to work for a local Food Bank where I help others eat better and get more for their food dollars. |
