Introduction	I originally started my cooking blog three years ago, but took a 2 year break to get married, finish my PhD, and move to Germany. After the move I decided to change the focus of my blog a bit. I will still include personal recipes, but I will also spend time exploring the cultural differences surrounding food in Germany and the United States, as well as the unique food I discover across Germany and greater Europe.
