| Introduction | We are two third year midwifery students in the Midwifery Education Program at the University of British Columbia. We are currently on an international clinical placement in Nepal (April 30-June 26). We will be participating in prenatal care and attending births in Kathmandu and Bharatpur for six weeks. Yarrow grew up in a small town on Vancouver Island, BC; while Lauren grew up west of Ottawa, ON.
