| Introduction | I have been where you are. I have succeeded and failed. I'm not here to tell you what to do but I'm here to help you understand what CAN work. I decided to get in shape 6 months before my wedding, which meant losing the baby weight I still had from nearly 4 years prior. I was successful but after the wedding I gained it back. Four months ago I birthed my second child but this time was determined to get fit and to keep the weight off. I have succeeded so far. I have manged to shed 30-40 lbs twice in my adult life and want to share some of the things I have learned along the way. |
