| Introduction | Started running late in life, at the age of 40, in April 2006. It was after a visit to England to see my family. I have a brother who is 4 years older and genetics are right up there with death and taxes...... Got into a cycle of running too much and getting injured (runners' knee, achilles tendonosis & sports hernias) but managed to at least get a little faster in between injuries. |
