| Introduction | I was a successful guy, (a manager at head office in John Lewis and finally thought I'd achieved independence and happiness, I had a beautiful girlfriend, a great job and my own place until without warning on christmas day 2005 my life fell apart when I had a massive stroke that all but killed me and has taken away everything I used to hold dear. After 2 and a half years I'm finally out of hospital and living as indepentently as I can but still very much wheelchair dependent. This blog is my attempt at tellling things how they happened and the varied thoughts I have, to read it chronologically you'll obviously have to start at the bottom of the page... Be warned it's not always uplifting... |
