IntroductionI am currently unemployed and really looking for work. I'd much rather be sitting at a computer with my reading glasses about to fall off my nose writing the great American historical novel infused with a mix of humor and pathos that will make every studio on the planet beg me to sell it to them. OK - I'm dreaming...seriously...I want to sit down and talk to the powers that be in Washington about the sorry state of healthcare and how they can fix it. (Make the red tape go away and have it make sense to the average patient would be a good start...we don't need 5 people deciding if one guy can or cannot have treatment for whatever reason...and how long he can have it...and...well, you get the idea.) OK - that's another dream...
