| Introduction | Susan Ralston is a banking leader with over 30 years banking experience. She serves as the VA division leader for Dollar Bank, the largest independent mutual bank in the country. She served as the President/CEO of Bank @lantec, headquartered in Virginia Beach for 22 years prior to the merger with Dollar Bank. Previously, she was an executive at Chartway Federal Credit Union. Susan has a BA degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She is a graduate of the American Banker Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking (Georgetown) and the Civic Leadership Institute. She was selected by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to serve on the Mutual Savings Association Advisory Committee from 2013-2015. She serves on the board of directors of the Central Business District Association in Virginia Beach. Susan is an active committee member on several state and national banking associations. She received the 2018 Maurice Cleveland Waltersdorf Award for Innovative Leadership by Washington and Jefferson College. |
