Introduction	I love food. A lot. I've always loved to eat and could out-eat many of my friends. Recently, I've discovered that I love to cook too. Seriously, I used to hate cooking, till I discovered some dietary restrictions that forced me to get creative. Then I realized that I could make ANYTHING without being limited to what a restaurant kitchen came up with. I had to share what I learned... So here I am.
