| Introduction | ZHANG Guo Hua, Jason(Partner), Licensed Lawyer of the People's Republic of China (Email: Jason.zhang@chinalegal.com.hk) Born and raised in Beijing, Jason Zhang is now living in common law Hong Kong, but specializing in practicing the Mainland Chinese law, he is annually registered with the Chinese Ministry of Justice and The Law Society of Hong Kong. Jason has at various times studied or worked in Mainland China, the United States and the United Kingdom, having obtained bachelor of arts degrees in English and law in Mainland China and a master of arts degree in law in the United States. Since 1997, Jason Zhang has advised a global clientele with the Hong Kong based China Law Office on a wide range of the Chinese legal matters, including without limitations to (1)the commercial dispute resolutions(via negotiation, mediation, litigation, arbitration and governmental impacts and the likes), (2)general investments in the prime areas of the foreign direct investment (EJV/CJV/WFOE), merger and acquisition, transfer of shares, contract law, company law, international purchase and sales, finance lease and mortgage, real estates and (3)due diligent work. |
