Introduction My love affair with music began when I started playing piano at three years old. I've added quite a few other instruments to the rotation since then and have been so blessed to study and play music all over the world. Along the way, I've discovered an extreme love for song-writing and composing, and getting together with other musicians to create music is a favorite of mine. It's safe to say I'm thoroughly addicted to my art! What I've learned so far about music is you never know it all and you can never get enough! I share my passion for music by teaching people of all ages and skill levels, professionally accompanying events, bands, etc, and of course by shining a bit of a spotlight on the latest and greatest in the music scene.
Interests Making extraordinary adventures from ordinary days. Making memories. Doing contemporary dance and ballet, yoga, anything pertaining to art, design, architect, and of course music. I'm a fanatic about organic living. Can't get enough of all things outdoors related, and I am happily afflicted with mad wanderlust. Places I've traveled and studied and/or performed music: all over the United States, Great Brittain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy with repeat visits due to my addiction to Europe. Favorite cities: Washington DC, Chicago, NYC, Paris, London, and Venice.
Favorite Movies Any clever movie that makes me laugh or leaves me thinking...
Favorite Music Music is the setter of my mood and my great love. Music and books are one of the few things I collect, because I despise clutter. I love unknown bands and new on the scene groups. I favor classical, jazz--(especially vintage style jazz) classic rock, and new wave music. When I sit down to play an instrument, I wander back to Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, and JS Bach. Music has a feeling, form, and function; I like listening to anything that successfully conveys that.
Favorite Books This is like asking a mother to name her favorite child. I'd have to go with Atlas Shrugged, The Great Gatsby, Jane Eyre, Alice in Wonderland, and anything by C.S. Lewis. But seriously, I actually had to set up a budget for my kindle account...it's getting out of hand with my 1-3 book per week additcion.

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?

I'd be a ginger kid. Obviously. I'd fit right in!
