| Introduction | Sayon earned a Bachelor Degree in Land Management and Land Administration from the Royal University of Agriculture in 2008 and another Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Cambodia University in the same year. Sayon then went on to graduate from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2010 with a Master Degree in Land Law and Patrimony. In 2023, he successfully completed the master degree equivalent course on Public Administration at Ècole Royale d’Administration (ERA). He has successfully joined many international trainings and workshops on Management and Leadership, Public Relations, Land-use/Land-cover monitoring, GIS, Remote Sensing, SMART, and Urban Planning in the United States, Laos PDR, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, China, South Korea, Columbia and Japan. |
