| Introduction | Hoppman, not my name really. Hoppman was one of my ancestors during the 17th centuary, and i liked the name, so I took as a nick on the web. I have a plann to change my last name to Hoppman, but that is in the future, and I dont know if it ever goint to happen. This page is used as a diary, mainly to keep my own sanity, and maybe share some thoughts with other in the same proffesion. I’ve been in this bussiness since the mid 80’s, and been working in a management position since -95. Its a crazy bussiness, fun at some times, and just a pain the ass at other. Its a kind of love nad hate relation :) ! If you are looking for great recipes, you have come to wrong place, sorry. Menu’s, yes - those I can share with you, but no recipes. Why? This is not a site for “hous-wife-recipe-swap” that you can find dozens of on the web, some good ones are actually listed here. But my recipes are sometimes results of hours and hours of test cooking in a hot kitchen, and I just dont give that away for nothing. Maybe I will write a cookbook some day, and just maybe everything will end with me, hwo knows. |
