About me

Introduction It’s the disparate facts, figures, politics and biases surrounding business problems that make them difficult to solve. In order to find solutions, it is important to recognize that none of these influences has meaning in isolation. Their meaning and importance depend on their context. Putting together the right pieces and combinations of information is what gives information it its utility.

Since most every business problem is the result of a company’s own action (or inaction), the only way to solve business problems is to change behavior. And the inputs with the most value are those that help produce constructive behavior, i.e. solve problems and achieve business objectives.
